The Institutional Capital Awards recognise excellence across the whole of institutional investment, for example; the pension funds, insurers, endowments, family offices and not for profits that own the capital, and the asset managers, consultants, professional trustees and administrators that earn their mandates.
Twenty two categories span asset owners, managers and advisers, alongside two editorial honours decided by the Editorial Board. Whether you sit on the allocation side of the table or the delivery side, if your work moved the industry forward this year, there is a category for you, and nominating takes just five minutes.
THE DIFFERENCE
Entry is free across every category. There are no paid entries, and sponsorship carries no influence over shortlists or winners. Judging is led by an independent panel, and shortlisted asset owners attend the ceremony as guests of Asset Owner Network. The result is a room, and a trophy, that carries weight on both sides of the market.

Nominations Open
Nominations are open now across all 22 categories. Anyone can nominate, including self-nominations, and the process takes around five minutes.
Nominations Close
Nominations close end of September 2026. All nominations must be submitted by the deadline to be considered for this year’s awards.
Shortlist Announced
Shortlists will be published on Asset Owner Network in October. Every shortlisted asset owner will also be invited to attend the ceremony as a guest of Asset Owner Network.
Judging Period
Judging takes place end of October. An independent panel of senior industry figures will assess every category, with sponsors having no role in judging.
